- Parent & Guardian Information: Full names, national identification or passport numbers, primary phone numbers, email addresses, physical and residential locations, and student fee payment records.
- Digital Platform Interactions: IP addresses, browser cookies, device metadata, and inquiry details submitted through our admissions portals and campus tour reservation desks.
2. Purpose & Lawful Basis of Processing
Personal information collected is processed exclusively on the following lawful grounds:
- Educational Delivery: Administering classroom learning, national assessment registrations (KPSEA, KJSEA, KCSE, KSSEA), and co-curricular enrichment.
- Child Health & Safety: Managing school sanatorium records, dietary allergies, and emergency medical response.
- Statutory Compliance: Mandatory reporting to the Ministry of Education, Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), and educational regulatory authorities.
- Institutional Communication: Dispatching urgent SMS alerts, fee statements, academic reports, and campus announcements to verified parent contacts.
3. Strict Data Confidentiality & Third-Party Transfers
We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize learner or family personal data. Information is disclosed strictly to:
- Statutory educational bodies (Ministry of Education, KNEC, KICD) under official Kenyan legal mandate.
- Designated emergency medical personnel during unforeseen health events.

4. Parental & Data Subject Rights
Under Section 26 of the Kenya Data Protection Act, parents, guardians, and adult learners are entitled to:
